Our Story
Ritual Life was born from the needs of our patients at Ritual Functional Medicine. As the practice grew over the years, so did the complexity of our patients’ cases. We found ourselves reaching for supplement lines that were only accessible to practitioners. We had to make a way to connect those that we cared for to the highest quality supplements.
So we did the only thing that made sense: opened Ritual Life and started carrying the products we needed for care. For the entire first year, we didn’t even have shipping software for orders. That meant countless front porch drop-offs with fun washi tape on the bags that Meredith got to pick for each patient. Those were the days!
Fast forward over the next two years and Ritual Life is as you find it now. Over 200 products, curated for our customers’ unique needs. In that time, we opened a second practice, Ritual Holistic, that serves as our hub for functional wellness coaching, education, and community. Ritual Life now serves the patients of Ritual Functional Medicine, the clients and community of Ritual Holistic, and anyone else with a desire for root cause healing.
